Updated: Jan 19, 2021

One great aspect about the Dingle Peninsula is the amount of activities available for visitors to carry on any given week, especially over the summer season.

With the mind-set that you only have a couple of days to conquer the best this wonderful peninsula has to offer, I have broken down the top activities I would recommend to carry out over your allocated time in Dingle.

First on the list is the iconic Great Blasket Islands which hit the news globally last year, in the search for two lucky individuals to run the accommodation / cafe on the island for the summer season. I would highly recommend a day trip (six hour round trip) at the very least and if you can go one step further why not become an islander for a night. Some of the most amazing views in Ireland awaits if you get the chance to visit.

  • Tours depart from Dingle harbour daily during peak season so be sure to book in advance either through the website or by ringing Alice directly.
